Got a few hours in the garage over the weekend, after re grouting the bloody Kitchen floor.. Finally got the back end back together after cleaning and polishing plus painting the exhaust Now to move forward to the engine, any recommendations for the oil pump cover which is all dull Then I guess I have to pull the carbs apart again to figure out why it will idle and rev fine but bogs down until you hit 3k when riding it ![](http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/zz178/englbulldog/IMG00121-20110604-1618.jpg)

Nice looking! And damn, that thing looks clean as foooooooook! You could lick the tires and they would probably become dirtier.

Got another few hours in the garage between the wife requiring various things done around the house The LH side exhaust is on, the rear end is set up, finally figured out why I had no electrics, got it running just idling Now for the front end, try to take out a gouge in the fork leg, new pads (cheers Norbo) Then onto the oil pump and my annoying stumble off idle when riding it ![](http://i825.photobucket.com/albums/zz178/englbulldog/IMG00130-20110626-1452.jpg)

Nice rims, how do you stop them from corroding?

Living in So Cal, it doesn't rain much so i'm not worried about corrosion on the rims
However the bike came originally from Canada so I am finding some corrosion, just stripped the front brakes and there is corrosion inside the piston, but the outside seems clean
