i am correct in saying 2.5mil o/s is as big as i can go when fitting new pistons. I have heard that 2.5 mil are available but not sure this would cause a problem as the cylinder wall would be very thin comments please ps looking for a set of barrels for sure

It's around the £150 per cylinder to get re-lined

hi, i've just bought an original set of barrels and pistons on std bores so my set will be up for grabs, they are on 1.25 o/s and will need a rebore if you are really fussy as they do rattle a little bit but still runs great.

how much is it to have the barrels re sleeved? Don't... it causes More problems than it solves. Despite claims to the contrary.
