Try the needles in a diffrent position an do lots of plug chops . It can take time an lots of test rides to get it right, It will run better with the standard airbox.

clip position was 4th from top so i moved it to 3rd(middle).took bike out for a good thrashing and the differece is great!it pulls awaythru the gears nice and plenty of power all the way thru the power band and beyond.has intention o doing a plug chop but i forgot my plug spanner:) maybe later!!!!thanx for ur help chaps only thing is that it is unreal on fuel consumption ,i suppose when i do go out on it i do give it a thrashing everytime which doeset help
