Hello All, The first post of my project 350lc. I started a year ago, on a budget (HaHa) and wanted it to look like a regular standard yamaha to the untrained eye. I was intending to take some pictures before now, but i got carried away in the garage and all the bits just flew together. lots of nuts and stuff left over tho. kidding. i started by having tapered bearings fitted, them sprayed the frame gloss black and either cleaned up or repainted every component and refitted them using stainless allen cap bolts. some bolts are still on order, some of the more extravegant bolts, i.e. ss engraved engine mount bolts etc will have to wait a while. the forks are 85 us spec rz350 (35mm straight stantions with lc2 legs.) front wheel rd350 lc2 r1 calipers, nkracing bracket. venhill lines, will have new fzr1000 genesis front m/cylinder. rz350/lc2 front mudgaurd. lc2 pegs, rz350/lc2 31k engine and complete electrics, switch gear, and lc clocks wired in. and my favorite, the small cans. kr1s carbs. k&n's have been ordered. Not finished yet, but can see the line! Thanks to those who gave some advice on the throttle cable set up. thanks for taking the time to read this garbage, hope you enjoyed the pics. i will take some more when i next address the lc to do list.

@ billy thats what i was going to do with mine but thought it looked rough as well, so i just got a metamex swinger and it solved all the problems as it was just a bolt on part to take the ypvs wheels

Hi, i forgot to mention the swinger, it's from an early tzr250. 2ma. it was supplied and modified to fit by the helpfull mr kimber. supplied with needle roller bearings fitted. as the bearings were already fitted/did not instruct him not to, i opted to paint the arm rather than remove/break the bearings prior to powder coating. the arm was not in great condition, so painting the arm made sense, and it was the look i was aiming for anyway... nk did a really good job. it has a 1" ride increase built in. forgot to ask about a chain gaurd tho, he did too. the laws seem a little different here, so i might just leave it.
