tightened the 6mm bolt to hold gear lever on my 4lo today. Head of bolt has snapped off leaving only about 1mm showing from base of lever. how can I get this bolt out please
THOUGHT I WAS JUST THERE ON GETTING THE LC READY FOR THE SUMMER

You could try putting a slot in it with a hacksaw and see if it will screw back out with a screwdriver

Weld a nut onto it. Let it cool. Get some Loctite freeze and release spray and spay it everywhere that you can in the area of the bolt. Give it the slightest tighten (yes tighten) then try to remove. Always works for me.

Drill it out from the back (thread side) and use a stud extractor, you will obviously need sized matched HSS drill bit and extractor like this .. Be very careful as a 6mm bolt needs a lot of care centering Good luck
