Just saying hello here,i guess much like a lot of guys here im interested in revisiting my youth and wanting to get into LC ownership again .... 45 years young and thinking i need another 2 stroke after many many years of being away from the smokers .... Basicly had a 350 lc back in the early eighties, swarbricks, fork brace, and some other bits, fitted a valver motor then sold it,would like another one now as a project prefer to fit some RGV sussies and a tuned motor ... currently i run a ccm 404 supermoto with a bored and stroked lump, twin can underslung Yoshi cans, lumpy cams and open airbox, runs great as tuned thumpers can,but still have the urge for the Elsie ..... so thats me saying hello, hoping ill be around for a while, and a pic of my old RD and my current steed BTW the sm is a keeper, the LC lust is an added twist the wife finds strange

Firstly, I have to say, that is the nicest 404 I have ever seen Secondly, I am the resident kid on the forum (make all the other lads feel old ;D). Third, welcome to the forum mate and good luck with sorting a 350 Adam.

Cheers fella's, kepping my eye out for a suitable project and loving some of the bikes posted on here, funny how the LC has become such an iconic bike, if i only knew that would happen all those years back, but i kinda would have liked to have kept every bike ive had and that was never going to happen, but out of all of them the Lc is one id like again ......

Just stumbled across another old pic of my Lc .... wonder where it is now ? Been looking around for a suitable project and was interested in a rolling 4l1 chassis on evilbay, but when i enquried it had been sold off auction which frustrates the hell out of me,if you auction it then let it run till the end, anyway i dont think im that bothered about a mint matching number concours bike, would like to modify it to suit me so maybe just a legit frame and V5 to start off with might be a better idea, and then add what ever engine and running gear i choose ? .... this at least is another post to me being able to access the for sale section, expect more.
