ive almost finished my mk2 125lc resto project,it now has a dt175 piston and liner fitted to the barell,as the standard head gasget would be too small so it has a recess machined in to the barrel for a o-ring to seal the compression in,the guy who done the work advised i use gasget sealer for the water ways to avoid it leaking, the sealer will be going on metal to metal, what sealer shall i use and where can i buy it?

I'm pretty sure three bond is kind to rubber o'rings but best check and you can buy that on E-bay

:)iswear buy granville high temp sealer costs a bit at 15 quid but ive used it on several bikes for rocker cover gaskets on exhausts on my sons rev and go scooter and his derbi senda cylinder head whilst waiting for the proper gasket, so its pretty versatile.
