I want to get my engine casing vapour blasted (never had anything blasted before) but was wondering if it takes any metal off when done. do the bearings need leaving in so the blasting doesnt mess with the interference fit? also does anyone know a good place to get it done in the Hull area?

Vapour blasting should not remove any metal,just clean it and you will have to remove the bearings.

marks work is top notch , simply send the parts in a box and he will do the work and return to you .... ;D  check out this barrel & head , couldn't believe my eyes when it was returned, it had 15 years of road crud on it.... tis like new .....  |

ok mark when i have finished stripping parts off the bike and i know what i want doing il get in touch, i will probably have to post the parts,
