Nice ride mate. One of my favorite 125's out there. How cold is it in UK now btw? It's still around -15 here. Sometimes it's colder, other times it's a tad warmer. (we actually had a very few plus degrees some days ago, but it quickly turned to shiese cold again) Still way too cold to do anything fun. The only thing you can do is move around snow lol. At least it keeps your blood flowing.

Thanks guys, really appreciate the feedback. Makes it all worth while ;D Billy - It was about +3 degrees, which is up from about -12 last week . Not taking it on the main roads yet though cause there is loads of salt standing on them. When it gets on your paint it really does ruin an otherwise good looking bike . Will be spring soon though, then I can have some proper fun on her. blue2smoke - The motor does have plenty of power, have to be careful not to get carried away lol. You comment does mean allot considering the quality of your builds . Mellow - ;D thanks mate, got a new 'surflex racing clutch' in the post. The garage, its yours for the right price, but collection only I'm afraid lol. As for the conifer, we have some small Irish bloke who does it for us . ;D Thanks again guys. Adam.

Cool , but I'm glad you don't live next to me My Mk1 had the slipping clutch a year or so ago and bought Norbo's H/D plates and springs and been perfect ever since, even from cold. Have you cracked the magic "Ton" yet ?

Not yet looey, there is a much better road just out the back of the village that has a 2 mile straight ;D Dead quiet as a bonus as well lol. Need to put on the new (standard size) chain and sprockets first. Then I will got for it lol. Will take the camera with me, put it on a fence post or summert, then we may have the first 100mph pass by a 125 lc ever on video lol. I'm dead excited now lol As for the noise, says you with the same pipe as me ;D You can hear my neighbor in the fly by video with his bloody leaf blower Sound of 2 stroke combustion is far better

Need to put on the new (standard size) chain and sprockets first. As for the noise, says you with the same pipe as me ;D You going for a std 428 chain with 16/45 ?. Be prepared for some loss in acceleration, cos if it's geared for 85mph ish top speed now, then adding 15mph to your top speed gearing will certainly take some sting out of it ;D True I do have exactly the same pipe as you but when I (occasionally) go out on my 125, I start it up and immediately ride off nice and slowly, I don't race up and down my road for 10 minutes at a time...... LOL ;D ;D ;D

Yeah you are right about the acceleration looey but its only 2.5 mph extra to get to in every gear, Shouldn't be too bad And how dare you accuse me of racing lol ;D, you wanna see how hard it goes when I have enough fuel to dare venture further Pushed it back 2 miles once when I got carried away on low fuel My neighbors don't mind, its not like I do it all the time............... ;D Adam

Gaz - Tip for noisy 125LC : Take one Micron pipe (bolt on type), replace end can with a stupidly small one, make a small hole in the pipe on the weld that points toward the swing arm And finally, remove the snorkel from the air box ;D = Police magnet and one seriously noisy 125 I'm not joking, the nikkon race pipe I have which does not have a BS stamp is about 3x quieter BTW guys, Skip the fly-by video to 3:20 for slightly excessive speed

Yeah you are right about the acceleration looey but its only 2.5 mph extra to get to in every gear, Shouldn't be too bad If only it were that simple When you get into top it will still be pulling 15mph more at any given revs and the faster you go the wind resistance gets infinitely more and once you get over 90mph . Mind you, it'll be a lot easier for you as you're not carrying a load of middle age spread like me and Gaz ;D ;D . I were 9st when I was 17, eeerrrrrmmmm, LOL

Haha, yeah looey thats correct. I just made me sen look like a right bonce Plus I ain't got no screen fairing or belly pan on. Might leave it as it is cause im on L plates and the last thing I need it to be caught doing a cheeky ton on the B road Another thing is, it takes like 10 seconds to get from 80 to 85 lol. I would need a very big straight to pull off a ton anyway and I'm not allowed on motorways yet The acceleration is very good atm any way. Will beat a civic 1.6s to 60
