I've lost a watering can (split in half) and the hozelock spraygun on my hosereel, but most importantly- a YPVS engine that was sat on the garage floor obviously hadn't been cooled with anything like 50% A/F by the previous owner. It had an icicle about 5" long sticking out of the lower coolant stub! I actually knocked it off as I walked past the engine... thank God it wasn't still plumbed into the bike as I dread to think what would have split! -14 degrees was our lowest and I know that wasn't the lowest in the country...

My lc actually froze up with anti-freeze in Luckily i had left the rad cap off when i had checked it so had a lovely little frozen glacier out of the filler and down the rad Hopefully leaving the cap off saved it but going to fire her up this week to check.

The list is endless for me, garage water pipe burst in 5 places, tarmac on drive split from where the moisture in the ground expanded as it froze, steps at front of house lifted and retaining walls in garden bellied and cracked from the expansion behind them to mention a few. Will end up having to fix all that rather than spend time on the bikes Steve.

Nothing for us thank god !. All the bikes are either in the house or in a heated garage (lowest temp I saw in the the Garage was +5 degress), and I turned all water supplies off to anything outside and empied things with water in and left all taps wide open. I checked the coolant in the expansion bottles of me 2 cars and me van at the lowest temps we had and none of them had frozen at all. When I saw the forecasted temps I knew if I don't do anything then damage would occur
