im just testing the water at the moment and want to know whatsort of money i will get back on 2 rd125lcmk1 bikes one y reg non matching numbers and b reg with matching numbers,both bikes are in bits but frames and yokes and swinging arms have all been shot blasted and powder coated both bikes have new wiring looms,both engines are in bits but one has been vapour blasted,also 10w carb has been vapour blasted,i have 4 new side panels also new tailpiece also new front cowling,new mud guards,and lot more new part i have loads more new parts to go on the bike i just dont know if i can be bothered to put them back together i have spent quite a bit on parts they will still need a few bits to finish them off anybody got an idea what i should ask for them thanks jasper

Its a hard one when you have spent money on them . But the truth is in bits they wont fetch a lot but as running bikes looking nice they would be worth loads more . The best thing is to tot up what all the bits stand you at and try to get that back.

As Norbo said, you'll get a lot more if you either build them both nicely and sell em complete, or take the time sell all the parts individually on evil bay with decent photos and descriptions. The latter can be a hat load of grief Tot up what it owes you and see if anyone's interested in the lot first if that's your preference ?.
