hello new to this site. have a rd350 lc after only being driven for about 10 minutes coolant bone . any one any ideas or help for me thanks

ye john it was full and once i got off it was near empty. the tempature gage didn move much . have only joined site love the lc,s but dont know a major amount about them. not a female must have just hit the wrong thing when sign up

have a look in ya gear box ...that happend to me a few weeks ago my impler was shagged....cheers john what is the impler , can do chain sprockets and the basics learning as i go with project

on the right hand side there is a plastic cover mounted by 3 screws remove that cover and you will see a second cover the one the rubber hose goes to there is 5 or 6 screws holding that on. your impeller is behind that. this is the cover at the upper end of the pic jes fair play picture and all how can i tell if gone

before u take the cover off have you checked ur oil leveletc.? ye oil seems ok it just seems to be near empty after about ten minutes

If you take the impeller cover off look for anything which looks out of place. you will loose any remaining water. the impeller is driven by a plastic gear on the inside of the casing so you should not be able to turn it by hand. however i think it would turn if you use the kick start. try that that my prove the gear assembly may be intacted. on for sure way is remove the whole casing and inspect. btm we'll try the other options cheers mate appricated
