Keep the front wheel on the ground Grunt, that'll stop it stretching!
Also, make sure your wheel alignment is correct, if it's out it puts stresses on the chain.
A new chain on old sprockets wont last as long as replacing the whole lot!

Grunt..... Iwiss chains are the dogs m8, had one on my brit single and they are notorious for bashing the f**k out of chains due to the 'yanking' inertia of a big single Hardly ever had to adjust it compaired to other chains iv'e used. ;D Anyway, iv'e seen your chain m8 it's like a metal stick ANYTHING you use will be a major improvement ;D ;D ;D ps..... you know that drag racing cars away from the lights is dangerous, not to mention illegal ;D ;D ;D

16/45 is the mk2/3 ratio mate....you will find it may pick up a tad quicker and top end all out revs will be higher in top gear... ;D though the 16/45 would up gear and a 16/46 would down gear, three teeth smaller on the back is the same as going 1 bigger tooth on the front and three teeth bigger on the back is one tooth smaller on the front (16/46 to 16/43 is the same as 17/46 16/46 to 16/49 is the same as 15/46
