RD125LC mk3 and TZR125 barrel differences

As above, are these 2 barrells different?

I'm going to convert my mk2 to a mk3 if and when I blow it up, I know I need a different con rod, wiring issues etc if I want a working power valve, but wondered if I can use a TZR top end
