£28,000 each Still....it is gratifying to see the tax payers money is being spent appropriately, they could be wasting it on fighting street crimes, drug dealers, muggers, rapists, child mollesters, robbers, fraudsters, illegal immigrants, etc: etc:

lol, no not really m8, just another nail in the coffin for anyone even attempting to have some fun (responsibly of course) the only 'saving grace' is that at least you can see these buggers parked up waiting to do you, unlike the static cameras which just so happen to be hidden behind a tree

We are our own worst enemies.
Wednesday night meetings at Knott End and weekends at Devil's Bridge are popular up here in the North West for us motorcyclists. This season the Police have been everywhere, bugging bikers constantly. It has put me off going out, and thats their plan. They want zero deaths this year.
Anyway, it hasn't worked. Two killed this weekend, near Hawes. That will only make things worse.

They want zero deaths this year. i went to finchingfield bikers meet sunday and there were say 80 bikes (doing nothing at all wrong) plus 6 or 7 police bikes,2 police cars,10 or so police on foot buging any one with leathers or a helmet,it was sunday lunchtime so they must have been earning good money for just annoying bikers, ive been stitched up by the police on a few occasions now and ive personly got no time for them what so ever . what i thought was the worst was the one police man on a un-marked bike that was riding about, probaly egging other bikers on th break the speed limits. sorry to sound negative but i agree with scruff
