125 LC, Mk1 model. As title, baffle (or something) is broken inside the pipe and I can't shake it out. I will go the smart way (the way I DIDN'T go on the 350 : and cut a hole in the backside of the pipe and (hopefully) be able to fiddle the broken part out, but I'm not sure where to cut. Have anyone got a clue? I don't exactly expect you to know, I mean it's not every day you slice a stock pipe up in it's main components hah, but it's worth a try anyway. Oh I almost forgot to mention, the piece seems to be located around the place where the chamber starts, in other words a tad behind the end of the header.

Id Take the pipe of and rattle it if you get what i mean fined out exactaly were the sound is coming from first. Then do the cuting there. You dont want to cut the wrong side of a fixed plate inside and the loos part be on the other side. I hade to do this once with a ypvs pipe is was a bit of the outer gorse come loos.

Aye that's exactly my concern, would suck if there was some wall in there so the loose bit is still stuck hah.. I've already rattled it some and I think I know where the thing is, but still, who knows how the pipe looks on the inside. Not to mention the size of the broken piece! Guess it's a matter of guessing and if it ain't doin any good, cut the hole bigger..
