Now I've sorted the rear brake out Its on to pv controller. I've got the airbox fitted. LC frame is it possible to mount a pv controller any where or have got to remove airbox and fit there

Hi Andy It's a pita on an Lc if my experience is anything to go by !If I were doing it again I would buy the Zeel box of tricks that combines the Pv controller with the ignition. Only one box instead of 2 and you get to keep the airbox π

Like Dusty says, Zeeltronic is really the way to go, one box and fully programmable ignition and PV action. A PCDI10VT is the one you want and reedx on here 3D prints a fabulous mounting box for it.

Thats what I thought. Theres a lot of electrickery gotta fit in there Mine fits ok ,there is a few plugs to work around but you donβt see them anyway mine was welded on before building the bike ,that bracket looks good provided the cables reach mine just make it and the are standard length from Norbo ,you can get them made I believe

You can of course fit the servo wherever it sits best and get Venhill to make you custom powervalve cables to suit. I did that for MT2, they arrived in a couple of weeks and were spot on.

The servo is easy as has been shown, the controller is always hard as the LC has little room.
Strip a PV loom from an old loom (its separate) and then you can see where you can find a space. I went with under the seat mount and above the shock, but its not ideal tho it is neat.
