Is this for the YPVS LC2? It looks like a fairly standard clevis pin to me. Measure up and order on ebay?

I made one. Easy enough to do. Buy a short rod of correct diameter steel. I think I used a mecanno bit from memory! Heat one end and hammer a 'head' onto it. Measure correct length, cut to size, and drill small hole at the other end for the P clip.

6 inch nail... well 60mm at least...
I jest (a bit, but a nail has the head already formed, just drill the hole and cut the pointy bit off) but I once bought a bike (the F1 I still have) held together with long nails for the ebay pics and was still like a porcupine when I collected it.

I have ordered a couple from China. Only place that did the length 😁

I was hanging an internal door yesterday and looks like the hinge pin would be a good starting point to make one if you have an old hinge.

For diy, it’s easier to just find piece of rod the correct diameter and then put a washer and split pin both ends… easier to drill holes than make nice flat heads…
