Let it down completely flat. Bounce it up and down all the way around and try again. Maybe more psi but be careful!

It's one of those jobs worth paying someone £15 to do for you!

LC wheels seem particularly difficult to get the bead to seal for some reason. Probably the deep well in the middle. I've had success before by wrapping a ratchet strap around the middle of the tyre. Makes the sides go out more. Use the most powerful airline you can get hold of. Good luck!

Another one I just thought of. Try pumping them up without a valve in. The air goes in quicker. It's better to stick the air in quick than gradually increase the pressure.

As Steve says, its the speed of the air youve an issue with. So, get one of these. scares the crap out of you but will do the job. (I dont have one, but have used one...)

Fit tie wraps every couple of inches pulled tight all the way round then blow it up the tyre spreads instead of getting taller and eventually pops on the bead ,i had to do this when fitting tyres to my lc2 ,i also used warm tyres. I now pay to get them done

I had to inflate and deflate mine two or three times before it popped out. It'll go eventually. Like something else I used to remember doing, more lube helps.

I did mine on a warm sunny day. Can anyone remember those? Wrestling with tyres on a freezing cold day is a special kind of misery.

I did mine on a warm sunny day. Can anyone remember those? Wrestling with tyres on a freezing cold day is a special kind of misery. Last two nights I fitted tyres to the GSXR1100K (Sorry) Date stamps on the old tyres 2002 and 2004 . Used a "Proworks Road Tyre Machine" that I got from 24MX when on offer a while ago. Did the rear first, didn`t quite have "the knack" , got frustrated getting the second bead off and added a few more scratches to the less than pristine wheel. Last night did the front, bit more patience and minimal tiny scratching. 80 psi and hand soap needed to get the beads seated correctly. No blood loss so a relatively good result. Today having watched the youtube video at 1/4 speed on a decent sized monitor I reckon I could do it scratch free now. The edit where they "Place the tyre on the rim" is clearly visible at 1/4 speed too Ordered some proper tyre fitting lube today. Must change the 350LC back tyre before I forget how to use the thing properly.
