Thanks in advance Dex

I would build it first and then work out the length you need. Every hybrid will be different, somebody may measure for you but you might be using slightly different handlebars and so the measurement wont be quite what you want, or you may position your mastercylinder differently or be using a different one altogether etc. there are a lot of variables!

+1 on that Mouse I use an old braided brake line to get the length spot on. Cut an old line in half and bolt each end in place on caliper and master cylinder. Then use tubing - petrol pipe tube is ideal, and push each end of the brake line into it. Trim to suit. This will give you an adjustable means to gauge the correct length of the line, and also allow you to orientate the banjo fittings at the correct angle by twisting each part of the line in the tubing. I've found this far more accurate than a tailors tape measure, and once happy I take it to a local place where they copy the line exactly.

Definitely hold fire & measure up when it's all together. Goodridge I think I used and they arrived pretty much next day on custom lengths..

The bigger choice is the fitting geometry.

I did something similar to get the routing right. Triumph 4 pots on an F2. Ended up using CP race tech to not only get the lengths right but the torsional angles on the banjos as well as the angled bends. He said not to worry about the torsional angles as heโd leave the heat shrink un-shrunk and I could just twist them before shrink wrapping.
I will use them again as preference.
Seem to remember he said he was an ex hell employee (the little devil ๐ฟ ๐).
