Norbo has a few pre-made ones in his shop.
What exhausts are they for?

Kenny's are really nice, I've had a stubby pair from him
The ones Dave Swarbrick made for me were for an rz 51l exhaust so 60mm diameter
I sent him a standard one and he copied it
I got a second stubby set for another pair
Good old school ones with the big circlip on the end for repacking, no rivets to come loose

Those curved end cap pipes look so much better than the straight ends and no rivets and just a big circlip make perfect sense π

What is the rivet for? Mine use M4 dome head cap screws to hold the baffle in. A bit of thread lock stops them unscrewing but I can still take them apart for re-packing. They look like rivets until you get very close.
