How to indentify OEM 4L0 Indicator lenses

I have quite a few OEM IMASEN lenses. Some of the more orange ones say 290005 and a more yellow one says 290004. Others have neither number.

Which are the front 3Y6-83312-00 and which are the rear 4L0-83332-00 ??
