Evening im after a bit of advice im using an aftermarket speedo with electronic rev counter pick up has anyone found a suitable cap/cover for the rev counter drive at the crankcase ?
I was thinking of using the original cable and cutting it and using the screw adaptor with a rubber insert to prevent oil leaks. That's unless I can't find a suitable plastic bottle top ? Anyone know the diameter of a coke bottle lol š
Cheers Gaz

if youre splitting the cases, whip the tacho drive parts out and fit the 85-on blanking bung... (drop me a line if you do that, I'd like your old tacho parts )

That's interesting. I have a lathe and could probably make one fairly easily if I could get round to it. Does anyone know the thread pitch?

If you want to go down that Yambits route then surely the easy way is to use an old Rev counter cable as a donor, cut the cable and take off the bit that screws on and just put a disc insideā¦

Trick i saw years ago was chop the end off your rev counter cable and glue a 1p piece in the screw end, stick it on and away you go, cheap as chips, well a penny. Andy.
