I take it that it is a gasket for a ypvs thermo housing for running no stat?

Yes, in theory....
Roger is fitting a modified thermostat housing with no room for a stat.

I take it that it is a gasket for a ypvs thermo housing for running no stat? Steve Yes, but it's more complicated than that. I can't get the usual housing in on MT2 because it's in the way of the rad so a mate tigged a modified FZR400 housing (which has the outlet at 90 degrees and at the back) to a 55 degree 'stat spacer, then another spacer under that gives the outlet stub clearance over the head bolts behind it, so, each time it's installed, 2 gaskets are required. I had cut my own to get her up and running initially, but they look like I did.......

Is there a possibility of making a 350 (4L0) copper head gasket? Im sure it would be popular as it would be re useable and the OE ones are pricey (read: extortionate) .

I make all the gaskets on the 4L0 bikes apart from head gaskets. Same for YPVS.
I make some gaskets but not all for RD500, TZR250 1KT, 2MA and 3XV, RD125LC, TZ350, TZ250 4DP, KR1S, RGV250 VJ22, Aircooled RD250/400, Suzuki GT750 and RG500.
I also make Banshee Vforce reed block gaskets.
I had some 4L0 cylinder aluminium spacers made in 0.5, 0.8mm and 1mm thicknesses.
And I make fuseboxes for LC, YPVS and Aircooled bikes.
I better get round to sorting a website out again...

Rob, Did you get any further replicating the gasket that goes between the clutch basket and drive gear?. Looks quite tricky to plot!.
Cheers Bud. Iain.

I did make the LC Clutch Basket internal gasket. There is one on test with Muttsnuts to make sure they are good before going into production.
