What did everyone get? I got a T shirt that shows you can take the man off the LC, but you can't take the LC off the man,
Also, some 0.5 um water filter cartridges and two Raspberry Pi camera modules.

I got a newer bike (2022 Triumph Street Tripe 765 RS). I also got myself some new paddock stand bobbins, a new Arrow Exhaust and a shorter number plate holder. Looks lovely. Let me know how you get on with it as being thinking about upgrading my 675 too.

I really like that and am not a fan of four strokes. The end can is hideous though. Jon

Sadly, my Dad passed away just before Xmas. Gladly, he left me some fun toys to play with. This is just the tip of the iceberg. His shop is FULL of cool old stuff. “The jet going thru engine would not be good” 🤣

I found going through my Dad's stuff after he died made me feel really close to him, it brought back lots of good memories. Hope it's the same for you.

Sorry mate. A terrible loss. Alex Thanks fellas, and sorry to derail the thread. My Dad had been in decline since a stroke a couple years ago, and long-term congestive heart failure. He died at home, in the house he built on his beautiful piece of property. He went quietly in his sleep, with his arm around his wife. Much better than suffering away in a hospital bed full of tubes and wires. ... and you're right, I've found great solace in going thru his stuff and finding the treasures he had squirreled away. He was an electronic engineer, and an enthusiast of vintage gas engines and farm machinery, ham radio and electronics of all kinds. Able to fix or fabricate anything, and always eager to help a friend or stranger in need. He was happiest while working and not well suited to the largely sedentary lifestyle of an old man. Not sure where he picked up the early '60's Dynaco valve/tube stereo amplifier, but that '56 Porsche 356A has been in his shop under a car cover for my entire life. The amplifier leapt to life and sounds sweet as, the Porsche will require a bit more effort.

Sorry to hear that Jim, but as has been said, youve a load of great things to tinker with to remind you of him and that is great.
