I've got an Athena gasket set and it came with 2 paper gaskets and 3?? metal ones.The old ones I removed were metal. Which ones do you recomend I replace them with? Bike is an F2

Use the metal ones if they have sealant on them.
If you use the paper type,apply a thin smear of three bond.

+1 on 3bond on these gaskets. This is usually a prime place for air leak, so some sealant is always a good idea

I use the paper type with a light coat of spray hylomar. Had air leaks with the metal ones and never have with my preferred method.

As Rob says the metal ones with the bead of sealer are like the original and usually work well
Any paper/fibre gasket will need some kind of sealer, even the genuine Yamaha ones 🙄

The 31K metal gaskets are NLA they have been replaced by the paper ones 3GG-13621-00.
I bought some myself from Fowler's this year!
