Hi All, A bit of advice please:
I've a seat that is in good nick but is a bit faded, I'm thinking that dying it would bring it back to a decent standard.
Has anyone any experience of using vinyl spray dyes, there seem to be a few different brands available
Thanks

I sprayed a Land Rover seat some time back changing the colour from Black to Grey, it worked out very well and never had a problem with it. This person specialises in recolouring leather and he may be able to help. He is mobile in the Kent and South East London area, he uses water-based paint which was the basis of what I used when recolouring my seat and that company colour-matched it as well into an aerosol spray. www.leatherfurniturerepairsuk.co.uk/Here he works on some seats for a Porsche Boxster and you can see the methods he uses.

I used TRG Super Color Spray from the jungle website on an N1 seat.
It worked well, however I didn't keep it long enough to know how durable it was.

+1 for bumper paint. Tesco sells it for a couple of quid. Works amazingly well. Smells a bit but that fades after a few days.
