Check the hairy bits still on it π€£ Got the matching front ME33 π They are on a pair of F2 wheels that were on a parts bike I got off Norbo years ago I'd have just skipped them if they didn't have tyres on them. Got a second set with crappy Pirellis on them Old prostates fine and honest that wet patch on the floor was from my feet π Steve

It's one of the main reasons I'm here till I die, the house move itself, would probably be ok, the garage and sheds containing everything iv collected over the years , is something I couldn't stomach to sort out.
Maybe when I'm too old to drive/ride, and I'm forced to move stuff on, then it'll be easier.

Steveβ¦ whatβs inside the box that has wire help storage rack on itβ¦.? Hope you are just using the boxβ¦. Would be just too ironic if you are having to find space for a storage unit !

Nearly 6 years on and Iβm still upside down π I need to get the house sorted then build a decent workshop Should have seen my face 2 nights ago when I finally got a copy of the deeds and there was a clause saying no temporary or permanent buildings allowed within the boundaries π± Luckily the lawyer confirmed that the clause is now defunct π

I pulled out of buying a house at last minute a couple of years ago despite having spent a lot of money on fees, as the deeds showed up a covenant that would have prevented extending and building a workshop. GF wasn't happy!

Awesome...................free loose wires and upside down flooring what could possibly go wrong...... π€£π€£π€£ Yes noticed the boards were the wrong way Maybe they thought the other side should be towards the house π And the wire is just a cutting wrapped around the timber I've had my sparky hat on and went through most of it and all is well other that the 33 year old fuse box with no RCD π± That will be getting changed soon π Need to replace the 3m wide lounge window that's trying to escape the house first Feck window prices have moved, cheaper to buy an LC π Steve
