Quick one before I post in for sale I’ve the following std parts for sale I don’t want to take the piss just an idea of a fair price as I’m so out of touch.
Indicators incl stems and bolts these have had the lenses changed to clear but otherwise standard include passivate bolts and 2 headlamp passivate stems
Rear mudguard number plate holder/tail light holder/tray in good std condition from an Austrian import one extra bolt hole at the bottom not split
Headlight brackets incl passivate bolts professionally repainted ( not coated) with correct passivate screws and the full length tags
Std original Horns incl wiring and professional painted bracket

OK I’ll go first then.
Indicators and stems £60.
Rear number plate bracket £140.
Headlight brackets difficult. 250 or 350. I would think £60 to the right person?
Standard original horn and bracket maybe only £35-40 as good repros are available.
All plus post.

Cheers Jon I’m so out of the loop I’m happy for them to go for a fair price to someone on here rather than eBay where I’m sure I could realise more. 👍 Just looked on the bay original indicator stems in green £120, headlight bracket £150 plus number plate holder from £225 to £450 😱 ffs the world has gone mad.

I agree. Personally I think those are around average to sell on here hassle free to an enthusiast or try and get as much as possible on eBay.

Know me I’d rather someone who is an enthusiast and who I know and NOT a trader masquerading as a forum member.

Completely good i refurbished them Rob then had them painted and fitted new wiring and had the bracket painted (I know) but it was wet paint not coated, tbh I may hold onto them they are the one thing I’m not sure about changing. The headlight brackets I’m changing for alloy ones I’m buying one of Norbo lamp brackets to move the tail light under the tail unit and I want smaller indicators so all they will do is sit in my garage.

If you don't need them why sell just hang onto them, or even trade just a thought.

Tbh it was just to help someone out hence not selling to a trader but you’re right just as happy to hold Onto them. Will I ever use them? Highly highly unlikely I’m not a concourse build fan.

Tim, Maybe just publishing as you have done that these parts are potentially for sale or swap is enough.. ideally though use as virtual currency for something you need now or in the future that another member may have.

Or to put another way… my parts stash is as useful and important to me as my bank account! Money can only buy you some things… 😂
