Hi all. My 1974 RD350A has used about 2 lites of synthetic 2 stroke oil in around 400 miles. Does this seem about right? TiA Stuart

My 350lc is about 180 miles pr litre it’s running big carbs and the oil pumps has been altered to reflect it.

400 miles … 40mpg? say 10 gallons … 45 litres… 2 litres of oil would be 22.5:1 I doubt the mpg is much worse than that so the fuel oil ration seems too low…

I assumed he didn’t know but still wanted and answer… 😂 Either way… sounds like a bit too much oil… but nothing more than cable wrongly adjusted or something…

Send two photos showing the pulley position. One at full bore and one at closed throttle. Also, please state the minimum stroke setting.
