Hi forum has any body had success with delkevic expansions I have seen from previous posts problems with floating flanges which they seem to have now modified they look too good to be true which normally is the case does anyone know if they are worth buying or a £500 door stop or should I stump up the extra £300 and get some fresh allspeeds any advice would be gratefully appreciated gavin

I know someone who's fitted a pair to an LC2. They looked like they fitted correctly and there was no black goo all over the down pipes. They also sound like old school short can Microns, which is a joy to the ears.

Just bought a pair for my 31 k,very happy with them.did my research on the mounting problems, the copper rings they supply are woeful and the mounting flanges aren't machined particularly well.lucky to have access to a machine shop so I had the flanges machined down slightly similar to the allspeed mountings...brand new standard seals fitted and it all bolts up nice and square,no leaks as of yet....as already mentioned sound lovely like the old microns and perform well, just waiting on a slot with dave to get them running spot on....

Hi Gav, I’ve ridden about 300 miles on my 250 now and the bikes running great with no rejetting or tuning so I’m gonna leave it as is. Totally agree with those washers, dreadful !! Cheers, Mat flic.kr/p/2oQSyTB
