Maybe I have been spoilt by TSA pipes and running Lomas on other bike (still YPVS engine),finding midrange pretty flat and nothing happening till about 8 grand and then pulls well.
Any dynographs of these in action or anyone else running some

I have Jim Lomas pipes on my 250LC. I purchased them via eBay and they were stated to be suitable for a 250LC. I subsequently found out that Jim Lomas does not make a suitable exhaust system for a 250LC, only the 350LC, same system.
Having written the above I have no problems with these pipes at all and certainly no mid-range problems. My bike was originally used for long-distance production racing, so it was not stock. When I converted it back to full stock road trim, and after a complete nuts and bolts rebuild, I used whatever the stock settings were to be used via the internet as a reference. I have never had a problem with these pipes at all, which, in hindsight, surprises me as they were not made to be used on a 250LC.
I use a pattern throttle cable which does not allow the setting up of the oil pump perfectly, it runs a little rich on oil, but beyond that, it seems fine and is as good as when I ran it on a previous rebuild with stock exhausts and the correct oil pump setup using a genuine throttle cable assembly.
Possibly jetting or a dyno run could sort your bike? are you running a totally stock setup? and I am not sure about this, but does Jim Lomas recommend jet changes if you fit his exhausts?
Not sure if this helps, but that is the only comment I can give!

As far as I know Lomas pipes are top end pipes
If they were that good we would not have needed Kenny 😁
The revelation of TSA pipes was getting an improved top end AND midrange

Few more miles on bores and it definitely has a kick at 8 grand I'm liking it now as it reminds me of the Athena barrels I had on ,obviously not as vicious. Don't know if it's all down to the Lomas pipes
