I've got a Yamma Gamma I'm starting, just got RG250 frame and rz250 engine. Can pick up a VJ21 swingarm cheap. Has anyone got pics or advice on fitting the VJ21 rear end on an RG250. Or advice on other "easier" rear end swaps.

Copied from the Yammagamma Facebook page (in case you dont do Facebook) Yes. It’s been a while since I did mine. I took a majority off the ends of the rgv swing arm (mostly from the non-chain side), but also ground a bit of the inside of the rg frame - so there would be space for the chain. You then need to get shorter swing arm bearings. Once you get the swingarm in you need to figure out the linkage between the two. I used the rg linkage, so made some custom spacers and some flat steel bar to make the dogbone links from the bottom of the swingam linkage to the frame. You can then centre the wheel with spacers. Good luck! Being able to run modern tires was well worth the mod for me. Plus it looks super butch!
