Hi The Lc2 doesn't use the Bush and top hat like the LC It's a one piece metal edged Bush with a bonded in metal centre There is a rubber backed stepped washer on the outer edge too Some pics off ebay Steve

Many thanks for that, great help. To confirm, the larger part of the metal insert goes on the inside of the hanger ?? IOf so, does it sit flush with the inside hanger face please ?? AS per the photo, the larger diameter part of the central steel bobbin sticks out proud of the surface of the hanger. The idea is that it keeps the exhaust away from the hanger.

When the Bush is pressed into the hanger it fills the recess completely
The outer skin of the Bush will sit flush with the inside edge, the protruding top hat section will sit about 3mm inward towards the wheel

I think they are also marked 'top' to help installation, as they are differing thickness around the inner bush (if that makes sense)

Interestingly these washers (90209-08249) are different to the US version which are more of a flat washer.
I guess any washer would work, the bolt head will just stick out slightly more. These do have rubber backing though, I guess to stop it eating the alloy footrest?

Easiest way is junior hacksaw the rubbers out, obviously removing the blade and inserting through the gap in the rubber, once the centre part is sawn out, do one cut through the metal bush, it's really thin and pressed into the hanger, just be careful not to damage the alloy hanger. Then you can prise it out with a sharp edged screwdriver. It's the easiest way, I find. Andy.
