RE the new rectifier, it looks right to me. You do want to make sure the rectifier body has a good earth to the chassis. A continuity check with a Digital Volt Meter is what I tend to do if the chassis has been painted/powder coated. Chances are it'll earth through the threads, but best check it. On the recommendation of my bike mechanic mate I fitted an extra connection from the bottom screw of the rectifier to the battery to make sure of a solid connection. It was possibly a bit overboard but at least I won't have issues with bad earths.

Like you say, it may be overkill & you may need the connector height on the -ve battery post in time with an Optimate or something. Belt & Braces isn't a bad approach!

Installed a new sight glass to the front brake master ( ebay cheap crap) but seems to work so thats perfect. Got the front calipers, tzr 250, bleed and it feels nice and strong. Awaiting exhaust gaskets to install pipe and need to pick up rear brake pedal from powder so i can bleed the rear brake as well. Can anyone confirm if these mirrors are original ? And oh Yeah, found a original rd poster and had it proff. Framed ๐ nice

Mirrors are not original sadly, they dont have 'YAMAHA' and some DOT E markings on the backs.
Like the framed pic!
FYI you can still get the screw (the lever's plunger adjuster) from Yam, tho maybe yours has been recut to accomodate that socket bolt. worth looking at the thread before buying one if you were bothered.

So, Ive been trying to bleed the rear brake. Nothing ! I dont own a vacuum bleeeer but checked everything, caliper looks goood and seals are fine But no oil gets to the caliper it seems.
Pump i took off the frame and held a finger on the outlet and pumped a few times, there was pressure released.
What an i doing wrong here ?
Double 4 pot up front went fairly smooth, rear master is dead. Hello๐

The rears can be a pain, you can wedge the lever down and hope that helps get some air out, also life the caliper above the master and turn it around.
I had the same problem after i rebuilt my F1s rear brake.
A vac bleeder will help, but you can do the same with a syringe and also back bleed.
