Ho guys Iam gonna try to create a thread here if i manage to upload pictures 😅 I found this somewhat destroyed rd up last year, he said it ran and so on. Tires was square from sitting so long, it had angle grinder cut to the frame and when i got it running it ran like crap. Turned out 1 piston was broken. It was a mess.
Not sure if its a legit N2 bike but i went with that look anyways. As it sits now : Frame restored and powder coated Wheels has new bearings/seals, tyres and powder coated that awesome red. Restored(powder coat) a set of tzr 250 calipers with new Brembo pads for a bit power beef. It had a red hagon shock on it, a good clean looks brand new. Restored the jolly moto pipes , blasted clean, heat coat black and freshened up the alu canister. Powder instrument housing on the handlebar
Motor: I went with another one i had sitting in need of tlc. Engine numer, check the number 😅👍 I desided to export help this time to get the bike done so its being rebuild at a 2 stroke guru here in Denmark. Gonna be fittet with tmx 30mm mikuni with oil injection, banshee reed intake I had on the shelf and other bits and pieces. Awaiting his call in 3 weeks.
Tank and plastic is dropped of at the painter ( tank turned out was pin holes under neath so hoping he can have it repaired )
The bike was shit as i said when i got it. Wiring was cut everywhere so i sourced another om ebay Now here i am,and I need help
Is this wiring correct for the type of bike? And does anyone have solid pictures of routing of the harness, I seem to only find 31k models.
Btw . Iam trying to save a set of original clip ons ( Bent as they all are) these are temporary ones that was on the bike .

Yes i tried bringing it all up in the headlight, the main loom, it seems allright .although have not checked when moving side to side.. Yes i thought cdi was for the older model, i dont have a correct one at least not without the wires cut and homemade ..that sucks.

I extended the 2 wires going to the horn today just in an effort to be able to use this wiring har was for my build.

The jolly moto pipes, restored. Still has some dents but look so much better. Blasted, painted in heat resistant and baked. Time will tell if they stay on the bike but good enough for now

Number 11 is very unusual
Production bikes usually start at 101

Defo 83/4 caliper. rebuild kits are easy to come by, OEM still available etc.
engine no 11 is very interesting indeed. Assume frame isnt 11 as well?

The F clock loom with a bit of trimming back the sheathing will go into N clocks
Done it before
I've also modded lc2 clock loom to go in as I run N clocks on my naked lc2
A little bit of wiring required but easy enough

Shouldn't be a problem with the F loom, as Steve says.
Just need to re-organise the layout / sheathing a little.

RE the new rectifier, it looks right to me. You do want to make sure the rectifier body has a good earth to the chassis.

RE the new rectifier, it looks right to me. You do want to make sure the rectifier body has a good earth to the chassis. A continuity check with a Digital Volt Meter is what I tend to do if the chassis has been painted/powder coated. Chances are it'll earth through the threads, but best check it.
