I just bought a pair of these GSX-R400 discs for my CB900F project bike. The quality is superb, I would say even better than the std Suzuki disc's I was going to use! The packaging could be better as one was damaged by the careless couriers, gggrrr! Whizbiz eventually replaced it after I complained. For £160 the pair, well worth it.👍

It’s the size that limits my choice of brands. I just wanted more than 1 person to say they had had them on for X amount of miles and they were OK?

Think I've said it before but it is again
I have fitted these to many bikes I have built but I have never done more than a couple of hundred miles on any set and were usually running in
As has been said they look exactly like the Galfer discs on my 385 but less than half the price
The negative I have is that I fitted a set to "spokey" and the new owner had to change them as they warped. This is the first i have heard of this happening.
There must be thousands of bikes out there with them fitted and we don't get horror stories like the Indian tanks but like everything I'm sure there will be some that have a problem
I had just spent a small fortune on EBC discs for the TR and EBC TZ discs for "spokey2" when I was sent pics of the horrors of what they turn into so any disc other than OE or Galfer I'd a risk 🤔

Steve Yes Steve, that’s the sort of feedback I wanted on them being used. Anyone else had experience good or bad? The trouble is I need 282mm disks, which are quite uncommon. Jon

Just had a Google around and there is nothing on Comet at all
Nothing good or bad
Only other option is that All Bike Engineering will fit new discs to used rotors

iv used a few sets of these, never had a problem with road miles or with track use. last set was on a vtr firestorm and they lasted better than the Honda ones. sold the bike with 20k on the discs and the guy still has them on.

Hmmm
I wonder if the ones i had that warped quickly were Comet
I've bought loads but maybe those were unbranded from Bikingboy or Xarrow on eBay 🤔

There seems to be more positive comments than negative. I’ll give it a while and see if anyone else chips in. In fairness I’ll be driving that one sedately, as it’s more of a looker than a goer. I’ll even be going for a 160 rear tyre against some people’s preference of 150 or even 140, just for the ‘look’ and because I can.
