Hi I’m trying to investigate a vibration I’m get in the top end of the cylinder head at certain rpm , is it possible the ypvs valve are not set up correctly? I’ve used a drill to align hole with ignition on and it pulls lovely through all gears and rpm . Certain rpm it sounds perfect but lower rpm it has a little annoying vibration , any ideas ?

It's better to align the valves with the exhausts off.
It could also be the small ends or rings / pistons.

I has the same on an LC. Turned out to be a loose kick-start. An extra shim under the circlip cured it.

Change the coil and spark plug caps first
