Kinda reminds me of ratarossa's purchase of the 512BBi off the driveway it has sat for decades
Im always in two minds about this stuff... On one hand its their vehicle and they can do what they like, on the other its a waste of a vehicle that could be used and enjoyed. I think I'm pretty much 50/50 on this... I try to think if it was mine how Id feel.
But... one day they will sell. Sam Hard (from 'hard up garage') seems to spend his life knocking doors and 'befriending' people so he can be the guy they call when they finally decide to sell. Sadly I think he gives genuine enthusiasts a bad name tho as he just buys to resell, so much for the 'I'll give it a good home and bring it back to life and enjoy it' line. sigh.
I do think the stuff in the pics is a lot of projects for one person to do, especially if retired lol. Surely something should be for sale...

I think I'd be better off arriving on a VW trike with a Hells Angels patch, reeking of oil and tobacco and saying I was sent by Lucifer himself. Still, I'll try again next time I'm passing. Just hope it's not passing from this world to who knows... Alex If you do pass over Alex, come and haunt my garage... you can help me build some bikes! Since your ghost would be useless with spanners, Ive a new plan... Cue my new spooky version of Alexa... An 'Alex'! "Alex, play some good music".... "Alex, whats the torque setting for the clutch bolts again mate?"

So it's loads of heavy metal on the stereo and my uncanny knack of losing 10mm spanners. And that's when I'm alive...
