I would like some advice I have just overhaul my clutch replaced all seals and gasket I run it no leaks after a short road test I found coolant running out underneath the middle of the crankcase I don’t think it’s the hose is the seal on the metal hose on which goes into the clutch cover does any body have any ideas how to stop it

Most likely you nipped the seal on the alloy link pipe that goes through back of clutch housing. Common problem. If so, need to drain fluids and remove casing and replace. Not a big job, but annoying.

Sounds like the o ring has been damaged - you'll need to remove the cover again to inspect it, I believe its possible to do it without draining the oil if you rest the bike on its side, need to drain the coolant though.

Always use a smear of red rubber grease on the o ring to help it through the clutch case. Andy.

Always use a smear of red rubber grease on the o ring to help it through the clutch case. Andy. As above, but check to clutch cover housing surface is ok. I had a leak there several times and the hole/housing was furred up. I cleaned it up with some wet n dry then finished off with solvol. Take care when fitting the cover, sometimes the engine needs some movement from the kickstart to align gears. I think that you may have to drop the GB oil. 2t wont be disturbed.
