New ones have been around that price for about a year and half now, and uncut undrilled second hand have been min of £250 for the same period, less and less of these parts coming up as time goes by.
This guy does get more than your average amount of NOS and excellent condition stuff though.

Hi unfortunately people are looking at parts they have as an investment for the future and so are stored away until they see something like this and then chance their arm as well. Sadly it means people who are looking to bring a another bike to life or build one from parts can't and so you end up with another hybrid or nothing at all !

Shit Dave’s prices are going up 😁. Is that because it’s business Dave? I’ve filled my oil tank recently from £0.40 p pr litre to £1.09, I filled my car tank earlier today 103 litres nearly £190. I’ll have to pass on the mileage cost to customers. It isn’t good. Apologies jon for thread hijack.

One (number plate bracket) sold on eBay for £450+ a few weeks back and with several bidders at it…TBH it’s both bonkers and understandable, seems just a case of the lens you are looking through..

I’m not a political animal, but she is so disconnected from the British public it’s untrue, and continues her personal vendettas using taxpayers hard earned. The Russians have already intimated she’ll bring us to the brink of WW3, but hey, wars are good for the economy…… maybe it’ll encourage us lazy northerners to ‘graft’ as she put it 😖

Shit Dave’s prices are going up 😁. Is that because it’s business Dave? not sure TBH, possibly partly due to business, or maybe I just had a good deal fixed for a few years I am going to try and hold my prices firm, but parts prices keep rising, so much so that I have to check now before I give a price for certain parts

I dont know what stuff sells for used any more . but its suply and demant if you want it and cant get it and the only around if a fortune and if your willing to pay for it thats your choice. Is it crazy money yes would i pay it no the last one i sold was about £60 and i felt guilty for asking that as i used to do them for £20 . But the way things are every one wants to get the most for what they have the days of doing stuff cheep just to clear out the shed are long gone. if you feel you can get a ridicules amount for a rare part then you do it if they have been going for what people are saying who on hear becides me would do one for say £60 like i did .

Missus does the same, comes in and is all gooey with cat balone ginger cyclone then her face changes and let's rip at me ! This is why I'm encouraging us getting a kitten or kittens. It'll put another buffer between her and me. She can play with the kitten/s while I slip off to the garage. Is that its name: balone ginger cyclone? I'm just saying no to a long list of ridiculous cat names now. I'm not standing at the back door shouting some stupid cat name. It was bad enough when our first cat was called William when our neighbours son was also called William.

Years ago I had a brother and sister cat. LC and Slayer. (LC was the girl cat and like a mini tiger. Slayer was a shy timid little thing). Both used to sleep on my head for some odd reason.

Our cat's name is one of the few things me and SWMBO agreed on, but for different reasons. I wanted to call him Wilko after Wilko Johnson, ex Dr Feelgood and Blockheads guitarist, my wife wanted him called Wilko after Johnny Wilkinson, former England rugby fly-half. One of the few things we agreed on...

Though I will side with you on the Dr F and Blockheads guitarist link. Probably as I was listening to New Boots and Panties in the garage yesterday 😁
