When are inner tubes best changed as in after how many tyre changes ?

Are they cheap enough to change with the tyres ?
Tyres and brakes don’t get skimped on but that’s just my view of the world.

I suppose it depends on how long your tyres last. Personally as someone who changes the valves on tubeless tyres every time I change a tyre then I would probably do the same with tubed tyres.

For me, replace the tubes at the same time as tyre replacement and not with Chinese tubes. Dont forget, every time you ride the bike, they are working.
