Hi everyone can anyone please help fuel pissing out of right hand carb overflow on tick over stops when I Rev the bike.

Probably wrong float level or worn float needle valve. When revving bike the fuel is being used at faster rate so not overflowing the bowl, on tickover carb fill rate greater than burn rate by sounds of it. Easy fix once you get carb off.

Does the float need to be set lower ?

Try tapping the float bowl with the handle of a screwdriver. Sometimes a bit of dirt or grit can get trapped in the needle valve seat!đź‘Ť

which PV carbs are they ? - different needle valves for certain PV carbs

check the valves, but you need to check that the needle valve isn't too short, there are 2 different lengths and for some reason the after market kits don't appear to be consistent

yes float valves, doesn't matter who supplies them there are 2 different height valves, the kits aren't consistent - don't know why, I just know they aren't and I've serviced/overhauled 100's if not 1000's of LC/YPVS carbs over the years

currently approx 2 weeks, cost is ÂŁ50+vat for the pair fully overhauled, plus any parts of course, plus return postage
