Hi all. I'm trying to find someone who is able to cut me some plates for the sides of my oversized gmx radiator. I would also like 443 milled down the sides if at all possible. I've looked around but not sure where to go. Norbos plates are too small and I have asked him but he is away at the moment. A friend of mine has some on his lc but they are smaller and do not cover the sides Any help would be appreciated Cheers Mark (Chris's plates to show what I mean ok)

you could have them extend round the side as well as a bit of a scoop to get an inch more air on each side through the rad if making them.

I could get something laser profiled from 316L stainless. Maybe 1.5mm. We don't profile aluminium.

Stainless would be fine steve
could measure up sides of the rad or make cardboard templates ?

Is the one in the photo flat? It looks flat and fastens under the mountings.

Like this? I wasn't sure if it would mount on top of the top hat collars or under the mounting rubbers so I've drawn the holes the same size as the holes in the radiator but they can easily be altered. To cover the whole of that radiator in the photo they would need extending what looks like 50mm top and bottom but that's just me guessing. The sides on a standard radiator joggle out about 2mm after those points but it looks like the aftermarket one is flat.

There was a design flaw with the previous drawing, the middle would have fallen out of the 4 🥴 If you confirm the sizes and the mounting holes I can get a set done next time I'm doing some 1.5mm 316L stainless.
