Someone asked me to document how to fit oil jets into PWK's. I can't find the original request, but have done it today, since I'm snowed in & can't get to work. Not great photo's but I hope it helps people out if they fancy a go. vjmc.servebeer.com/pwk/PWK28_Oil_feed_modification.htm

I was asked the same question the other day aswell slightly different method to yours but same result. I pulled out the brass injectors from an old set of carbs and used them. I see you made the final drilling 1.5mm, the original size is 1mm, I did mine 1.2mm to let a bit more oil in as it has a mild tune. ;D

On my other bike, the previous owner just used the vacuum take offs, & it smoked way too much. Did I buy a YPVS grill in stainless from you ? Still not finished that bike, but the carbs make it 1 step closer.

Nice post cb250. What if isnt vacume tap on tank? Then just do both carbs like the 1st one. My hybrid is like that, so no vacuum tap.
