Would I like one on a Banshee? Yes.

I'm guessing thats aimed primarily at the banshee quad scene in the states . Probably far outway any motorcycles fitted with banshee / power valve motors. Puddy

Nah, better things to spend the money on.
For the man who has everything, or thought they had.
Well made bit of kit with a lot of thought and effort put into it though ๐

No you don't need an electric start on two stroke, diesel only

Err, so it's driving the crank to start it? Twisted crank anyone. Andy. To be fair so is the kickstart ๐ True, but it runs through the clutch to the primary, putting more strain on the heavy flywheel side wouldn't suit me, i'm oot. Andy.

Think it would only be a problem if you hit the start button with the bike in gear
Also the woodruff key isn't designed for that kind of load methinks
And as for the you don't need it theory, I don't need 2 testicles but I ain't removing 1 ๐ฎ

Seems a bit pointless on the bikes to me. My mate and I used to run ours without kick starts, paddle them forward, bump it in 2nd. Is there a reason the banshees would need this? Are they particularly high compression? My old C25 was a git to start, unless you knew the knack. When I sold it I spent 45mins coaching the buyer on how to start it!

Nah, the 18 year old me used to regularly start my 350 by hand, the 57 year old me values his wrist too much to try that now, but hope to never be riding and too feeble to kick start a 350 twin.

You have to give the man credit for making this happen. Great idea.
It's definately not for me. I take great pleasure in using the kickstart when I'm out riding with the cafe racer crowd. Most have electric starters and I tell them a real cafe racer has a kick start lever.

Yes, 100% agree with you here, LOL, Last week, I was at Alice's restaurant, when I went to my bike, a big a crowd gathered, I was on the 500, I turned it over twice with the kicker just to make sure she was free and then one smart kick and away she went, I got a lot of "Wow, one kick"
