Have you checked the tightness of your disc bolts to your whwel rim?

Is there enough clearance where the disc runs through the slot in the caliper halves
Can you raise the front wheel and give it a spin

I measured that the discs from a 350LC would not sit in the center of the groove. i worked out roughly 1mm clearance on the inside of the caliper. All what i measured was on a bike so even though i measured it umpteen times i put it down to my inaccuracies due to all being built up and no one mentioning it on the other thread i picked up on.

As per Tobyjugs observations, sometimes the centering needs a tweak, typically a couple of stainless washers in-between the fork legs and and calipers.
I've used these on many a Yamaha(FZR,TZR,RZV,VMAX etc) as a effective and easy bolt on.
Some needed centering and some were ok.

Ive never noticed this amount of being out of line, so Im pretty sure thats not how mine bolted up.
What sort of noice? is it pad squeal or touching something?
Some times pads touch areas of the disk that other pads in other calipers do not etc.

Maybe it's also to do with the disc's fitted. A freind who seems to be always on the internet lately has sourced some calipers for me. When i recieve them i will know for sure.

Started after long ride fading the brakes, over heat can damage the discs?

Im not sure what 'bus braking' is. Is that a squeak or a rumble? I dont ride the bus much :/
Rhythmic and vibration (pulsing) felt thru the lever is warped disk or pad transference, but with our bikes and their old disks I would say that its likely warping as they have got thin over the years and these calipers will have put quite a bit of heat into them. If you brake hard and hold the hot pads to the disk when stopped and the disk is thin then all that heat can expand that part of the disk much greater than the rest of the disk and for longer etc.

Thank you jonw. I will say squeak. ABE they have brake disk replica, worth trying.

no idea about brake disk replicas, I tend to use OEM disks on my bikes.
Of course these days finding usable OEMs isnt easy, but it was not always thus...

I have some Triumph calipers now and not sure what to say.
One fits well with the disc in the center and the other doesn't fit very well. The badly fitting caliper could do with moving in towards the center of the wheel or the disc needs shimming out. I would say 1.5-2mm.
Im going to measure up the surface area of the pistons and have a look at my notes to see if i have a master cylinder to match from previous experience.

How weird, I looked at mine at the weekend to see what they bolted on like and the disks are central in the calipers on both.

The stock caliper brake pads hits the disk center, wen I switch to the triumph calipers I couldn't remove the stock ones, the surround area was much more thicker due to wear. Triumph calipers hits all the friction area.

Sounds like the discs are worn and have a lip on them if you had trouble removing the stock calipers.
Also your comment about the calipers hitting the centre, are they the correct discs?
Could you post some pictures to assist👍

I mist to say these disks are the second set fited, the first ones only had vibration and huge lip but no noise. I will post photos tomorrow. Thank you very much guys.

yep worn disks. your pad is on a part of the disk that was previously unswept by a brake pad and there is a step etc. I believe i found your issue early on then lol Some times pads touch areas of the disk that other pads in other calipers do not etc.

These new pads are only working wit the second set. Everything started after one day braking long and hard. Looking forward to change the disks. Thank you jonw.

Have you checked the old discs for warping. If you could get a dti to check the disc runout may be helpful.
