I am toying with making up some exhaust kits, so basically build your own exhaust, these will be based upon exhausts I currently make/sell, but I've had a number of requests over the years to just supply un-welded cones/assemblies as they need to fit onto a hybrid etc, normally we make them to fit (custom fit), but that isn't always possible.
So I am just wondering if there would be a demand for such things, clearly I am risking some toe-rag copying the kits etc, but that's a chance I'd have to take
Just a thought........

It would certainly help those far from you and building non standard bikes
Wouldn't worry about people copying, if you were that way inclined you would just measure a set and copy the dimensions

I think its a great idea.
I'm building a TZ/RD400 at the moment and will be going down this route. Even if they came partially built - like the header, the defuser+mid section and the rear cone with a separate set of hangers that could be trimmed to fit.

I also think partial kits would be great, not everyone can weld or wants to pay someone to weld a whole set of cones, but sections could be a winner for specials and also for cheaper postage.
