What is the base increase for jetting a 385 ypvs , do you just go up 10% to play it safe and do you need to increase the two stroke oil too ? Once it's run in and teething problems are sorted I'll have it on the dyno but I want to get it running safely for a few hundred miles first.

I’ve got one of those 392 kits Steve ,done 4/5k on it and never touched oil pump rightly or wrongly ?

What carbs, airbox and pipes are you using

31k carbs , ignitech, TSA's and V force 4 reeds, from memory I'm on 270 mains , I've just left everything as it was when it was a tuned 350 but I've only covered around 20 miles since. I went out on it last night and thought that it had nipped up on the A1 doing a steady 60mph, quick loss of power and I pulled the clutch in, limped home and found the choke balance pipe had come off the R/H carb. Had plugs out , tank and pipes off looked up bores and they still look new thank goodness.

Squeaky bum moment, glad it's ok
I'm on pwk's that most run 135 mains with an airbox. I'm running 140's so 2 up
You should be fine running in on 270's
