Anyone remember this? Was this like the Euro ProAm? (I assume its Aussie as it has a Channel 9 logo on it) (Wonder if Xavier has seen this? more additions mate?!)

Do remember it,watched at Oran pk a few times... Used to buy the Arrowmax tyres cheap as they used to change them after each race.

I should add that in Aus if a bike was under 250cc then certainly in NSW the registration was a lot cheaper than a big bike back in the day. its one of the reasons we had so many 250s here all the years we had the RD/RZs.

Adding to that you could only ride a 250cc whilst on your L plates in NSW. But we all know most everyone had 250 rego'd bikes with 350 barrels.
